This site is run by one person, not a newsroom. The address below is actually read, and it is the same channel for a wrong figure, a photo takedown request or a privacy matter.
You found a wrong pay figure
Tell us which page and which number. Almost every figure here is copied from a published statistical table — OEWS from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, ASHE from the ONS, the federal Job Bank wage series in Canada. If the reading is wrong through our own fault we fix it immediately; if the source publishes it that way, we correct how we describe it and say what the source actually reports.
A pay scale or survey has been revised
Send the link to the revised release and its reference period. Pay surveys are reissued and revised, and a page is only worth reading if it says which release and which year the figure comes from.
You took one of the photos
Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under a free licence, with your name and the licence printed beneath each image. If the credit is wrong, or if you want your photo off the site even though it is freely licensed, write to us: we take it down, no argument.
Privacy and data
There is no sign-up and no visitor database here, and we publish no named individuals, no individual earnings and no identity lookups. Even so, any request about personal data reaches this address and gets an answer.
We do not answer requests for paid links, link exchanges, sponsored posts, course promotion or "content partnerships". We also do not forward CVs and do not broker jobs.
